Delete your account

How can I delete my account?

At the moment, if you do want to cancel your account completely, please send a message to the team using the in-app chat, and we'll happily arrange that for you.

Due to our data privacy policy, we regret that we can not store any of the data that you have collected from entries into your promotion when you no longer have an account. So please download your data before you ask us to cancel your account.

Before you cancel, though, do consider just downgrading to our FreeBee plan, which has no cost.
