How to Export Entries Data via CSV

Steps to Export Entries

  1. Navigate to the Entries Tab

    • Go to the Data Centre.
    • Select the Entries Tab from the main navigation menu.
  2. Apply Filters

    • Use the filter options at the top of the page to narrow down the data:
      • Promotion: Filter by specific promotions.
      • Entry Date: Select a date range for entries.
      • Opened Date: Filter by when participants first landed on the start page.
      • Entry Method: Choose between Private or Public entries.
      • Game Type: Filter entries by the type of game used in the promotion.
      • Draft Entries: By default, test entries are excluded, but you can include them if necessary.
  3. Customize the Table View

    • Show or hide specific columns by adjusting the table settings to focus on the fields you need.
  4. Export Your Data

    • Click the Export List button at the top right of the page.
    • Choose between:
      • Export All Entries: Includes all data visible in the table.
      • Export Filtered Entries: Exports only the data that matches your applied filters.
    • The system will generate a CSV file for download.


 

Understanding the Exported CSV

The CSV file may include:

  • Name: Participant name.
  • Email: Participant email address (if collected).
  • Promotion: The associated promotion.
  • Entry Date: When the participant completed their entry.
  • Opened Date: When the participant first visited the promotion.
  • Result Label: Outcome of the entry (e.g., Lucky/Unlucky).
  • Reward Label: Associated reward (if applicable).

Yes, filter by multiple promotions to include them in the export.
