When you set up your promotion, the final step is the Result Message. You should have one result message for each different outcome.

And just for extra clarity, the place you add this URL is where it says Action Button. Firstly customize the text of your button.( 'Finish' is actually quite effective at getting people to click. ) Now add in the full URL of the page you want them to visit when clicking this button. If you use tracking links, you can even view the numbers of people that click.
