If you want to email one entrant, perhaps a winner, then you can.
You may find that you need to contact one entrant - perhaps to let them know they have won something or else to help them with a support inquiry. Rather than having to download all the entrant information, you can reveal just the email address of the one user (provided you are an Admin of the Account).
How do I find an entrant in my promotion?
Ok, now that you've found the entrant click on the envelope icon next to their name.
You will be prompted to enter your password (you must have Admin permissions for the Account).
following that, the user's information will be loaded in a pop-up.
