Learn about the entry allowance and what to do if you are running low
What is the Entry Allowance?
Every BeeLiked plan has an entry allowance associated with it. Whenever an entry is made into one of your promotions, it uses one unit of your allowance. So if your allowance was 100, and you had 99 entries. You'd be able to have only one more entry in that month.

When does it refresh
Your entry allowance resets every month on the anniversary of the date your plan started.
What happens if I use up my allowance?
As you get close to this, a warning will display, and you can choose what you do next.
1. Increase your allowance
We've made it easy for you to increase your allowance. If you are expecting more than 100,000 entries into your promotion(s) and would like to discuss your options with the team, do reach out via the Support button for a chat.
2. End/pause your promotion
As your allowance is only used when someone enters your promotion, you always have the option to end or pause your promotion. We recommend that if you do end your campaign, you also edit the text on your promotion's Start Page to let people know, or else remove it from your website / social media pages to make it less likely that people will find the page to enter.
If you do run out of your allowance and ignore any warnings, then your promotion(s) will expire, and no more entries into your promotion(s) will be allowed.
