Set up auto email responders

Learn how to send an automated email to your entrants.

A great way to further engage entrants to your promotions is to send them an email after they have entered. It can be used to thank them for entering or send them follow-up info, or even a discount offer.

You can configure the contents of this email and, using ShortCodes, can also include dynamic content such as their name and other information collected from their entry form and details about any resulting message they received from their entry to the promotion.

You could also include unique coupon codes in the email if you have set up a Coupon Collection to work with your promotion.

 

You can only send automatic emails to your Entrants if you have a Standard, Premium or Enterprise plan.

 

Reach out to BeeLiked support

Once you have upgraded your plan to Standard or higher you can reach out to the BeeLiked support team and request for this feature to be turned on. 

 

Here are a couple of rules to be aware of:

  • Email must come from a domain you own and control. You will need access to the domain records to set up the authentication. 
  • You must decide if the email address will be monitored or not. If not, we suggest you use noreply@yourdomain.com as the address.

  • In order to set up and verify the domain masking BeeLiked will  either:

    • need to send an email to you at the email address of the domain you use. So you must have a monitored email @yourdomain.com where we can send this email.

    • or a custom TXT record  can be generated for you that can be added to your domain records.

Until you have configured your DNS and verified the email address, the option to add an email to your promotions will not appear in the Builder.
